As a Cook/Prep person, you will be responsible for using the correct tools to prepare all items according to the daily par sheet and always ensure product quality, quantity, appearance and temperature. Your duties include but are not limited to, preparing high quality food according to guests’ requests, keep flow of food steady and continuous, follow sanitation and safety standards, and keep open communication with team members. Requirements of this position include, a good sense of balance, bending and kneeling, a high overall awareness level, the ability to multi-task, lift up to 40 pounds waist high, able to exert fast paced mobility and stand for long periods of time with basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
