Dish Machine Operator - Carmichael
A Dishwashing Machine Operator maintains the flow of dishes and utensils so as not to interrupt the flow of business. Other duties include but are not limited to, transporting dishes to all areas of the restaurant throughout the shift, assembling and operating the dish machine, keeping the dish area free of excess water and debris, maintaining a constant flow of clean tableware, maintain low levels of trash keeping the outside of the building free of debris and maintain restroom cleanliness. Additionally, you will assist the Kitchen Manager with food prep. Requirements of this position include, a good sense of balance, bending and kneeling, a high overall awareness level, the ability to multi-task, lift up to 40 pounds waist high, able to exert fast paced mobility and stand for long periods of time with good verbal communication skills.
